HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can book an appointment through our online booking system or you can contact us at bridesofbohemia@consultant.com and we will respond with availability. You can also call 01934 805888.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS?

Yes, some of our appointments are charged. We operate a 2 day (48hr) Cancellation Policy. In the event that you cannot make the appointment, or fail to cancel within 2 day's notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

WHEN TO START LOOKING FOR YOUR DRESS?

It can take several months to have your dress made and once it arrives, you will want to allow for 1 - 2 months for alterations. We recommend starting your wedding dress shopping at least a year prior to your Wedding Day.

However, if you are in a rush, we may be able to help. We have a few dresses that can be bought in our boutique and adjusted to your requirements.

WHO CAN I BRING?

We request that you bring no more than 2-3 guests with you and no babies or children due to the boutique not being a child-friendly environment. No pets. We also have a 'no shoes' policy so you can feel relaxed and at home in our boutique.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Our Brides of Bohemia Boutique is run by an appointment only system. We recommend you book your appointment as soon as possible so you can get the support you need with your wedding planning, finding your dress or choosing the perfect luxury candle scents for your Wedding Day.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?

Between £1,695 - £4,995

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SAMPLE DRESSES?

They range from size 8 - 20 but we can also order in up to size 26. We tend to stock one size of each dress, which can be clipped or pinned to suit your figure so you can get an idea of fit.

WHAT HAPPENS AT MY APPOINTMENT?

Whether you choose a Bridal Styling Consultation, Wedding Scent Service or support with Wedding Planning, we will support you in making the right styling decisions to compliment your special day. You will have a bespoke 1-2-1 Consultation where we will work with you to discuss your requirements so we can design your dream day or find and style your dream dress.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSITS FOR YOUR SERVICES?

For any of our services, we require a 50% deposit on securing your dress or booking our Wedding Scent Service or Full Wedding Planning Service. The date of the balance due will depend on the service chosen. For the remaining 50% balance on the wedding dress, it will normally be due 2 weeks before your dress arrives in the boutique.

You can also pay for the services in full or we can arrange a payment plan. However, your Wedding Gown or Luxury Candles will not be given to you until payment is paid in full.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please wear nude or light coloured underwear and a good fitting strapless bra. Minimal make up to be worn, no fake tan and a light coloured lipstick or no lipstick to avoid any staining on our dresses.

Any damage occurred to our dresses during your dress fitting will result in a charge for cleaning.

You will not need to bring shoes as we will have a pedestal which you can use to give you an illusion of heels.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH ALTERATIONS OR MEASUREMENTS?

When you have chosen your dream dress, we will take your measurements of your bust, hips and waist measurements. Despite ordering a dress in your size, all dresses will need to be altered to fit you perfectly.

Once you picked up your dress from our boutique you will need to book an appointment with your chosen seamstress to do any further alterations. You will need to book this 10-12 weeks before your wedding so you can get an appointment 6-8 weeks before your wedding. Alterations vary in price. You will pay the Seamstress separately for this service. It is not included in the price of your dress.

Yes, there is free parking at The Borough Mall car park next to our boutique.
